Any idea on headache pain when I wake up after sleeping? Right behind left eye and left portion of forehead?

It is piercing, burning pain. I have gotten it a bit during the day a few times, but this happens primarily after sleeping, even if only for an hour or so. Anybody have any idea about what kind of headache this could be or what could help?

    I used to have really bad headaches like that,
    and it ended up that i need to get glasses/contacts
    and me not being able to see very good caused the headaches!
