how does the analgesic affect the gastrointestinal system like constipation? and headache?

celecoxib is an analgesic. it has a side effect of headache. thx for the answer.

    That would depend on the analgesic- that is a whole categories of pain relievers. Aspirin is an analgesic that can cause gastric (stomach) bleeding. Morphine related analgesics slow gastric motility ( the movement of the intestines) and cause constipation. I have never heard of an analgesic causing a headache.
